The Windy, Olympic model Head guard is a head protector with an open face, or no protection on the chin and the cheekbones. The padding in the windy head protectors consists of a mix of foam and latex. The combination of these materials ensures the right protection and the right fit. The extra padding around the ears prevents the hard knocks from sparring in the head during sparring, thus reducing the risk of head injuries.
